Free US shipping, tracked
Shipping is free and tracked on every order, anywhere in the US. No minimum, no code to enter.
Two steps: processing, then shipping
- Processing: 3-5 business days from when you order.
- Shipping: 8-12 business days after that, tracked.
Your tracking number is emailed to you the moment it ships. During the processing days there isn't a tracking number yet - that's normal, nothing has left.
Tracking hasn't moved in a few days
It usually sorts itself out within 48 hours. If it doesn't, email us with your order number and we'll chase the carrier - and if the package is genuinely lost, we replace it. Orders with Package Protection are replaced immediately, no investigation first.
Wrong address?
Email us as fast as you can - we can fix the address any time before it ships.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery. If it doesn't land the way you hoped, for any reason, we refund you in full, shipping included. No justification needed.
Email us for the return address before sending anything back. The frame, the nine discs and the cable should come back complete and working - an opened box is not a problem, you have to be able to try it. Anything you loaded onto the card is erased when it arrives.
Arrived damaged or faulty?
We replace it or refund you in full, and in most cases you don't need to send anything back - a photo by email is enough.
