Writing about an order that's already placed? Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and we'll find you right away.

Two things we'll tell you before you have to ask. Orders take 3-5 business days to process, and then 8-12 business days to ship - free and tracked, anywhere in the US. And the card ships blank: the songs are not included, so you load your own MP3 files over the included USB-C cable, and you can change them any time.

And if it turns out not to be for you: 30 days to change your mind, full refund, shipping included.
