Questions we actually get

Are the songs included?

No - and we'd rather say so plainly. The card ships blank. You plug in the included USB-C cable and drag your own MP3 files into nine numbered folders. That's what lets you have the exact versions you know instead of some re-recording.

Do I need my phone or a speaker?

No. The speaker is built into the frame - that's what the 2-inch depth is. Nothing to pair, nothing to install.

Does it really stay on a fridge?

Yes. There's a magnet on the back of the frame and on the back of all nine discs. It holds on a steel door.

How long will it take?

3-5 business days to process, then 8-12 business days to ship - free and tracked, anywhere in the US. Your tracking number arrives by email the moment it ships.

How do I load my own songs?

Plug the frame into your computer with the USB-C cable. It shows up like a USB stick with nine numbered folders. Drop one MP3 into each folder, eject it, done. Disc 1 plays whatever is in folder 1.

Does it need batteries?

No. It has a rechargeable battery that charges over the same USB-C cable - about 8 hours of playback.

What if I don't like it?

30 days to change your mind. Full refund, shipping included, and you don't have to explain yourself.
